UzCaption ("biz", "xizmat") — videolar uchun avtomatik subtitr (matn) yaratuvchi xizmat. Bu siyosat siz caption.uz saytidan, @uzcaptions_bot Telegram botidan yoki video tahrirlash dasturlari uchun plagindan foydalanganingizda qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishimiz, ulardan qanday foydalanishimiz va ularni qanday himoya qilishimizni tushuntiradi.

UzCaption (“we”, “the service”) automatically generates subtitles for video. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it when you use caption.uz, the @uzcaptions_bot Telegram bot, or our plugin for video editing software.
We rely on trusted technology providers to generate subtitles. Your content may be processed through:
These providers have their own privacy policies and process data solely to deliver the service.
By default — not kept. Uploaded video and audio are processed temporarily to create subtitles and deleted once the result is ready.
If you give explicit consent, your material is retained to improve service quality. Consent is requested separately in the bot and you can withdraw it at any time with the /rozilik command. If you do not consent, or you withdraw consent, your material is deleted as described above.
Retained material is used only to improve the service. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.
Subtitle corrections. When you correct a misspelled word, only the word pair is stored (for example “mikrafon → mikrofon”) — not the sentence, not the audio, not who sent it. This is collected regardless of consent because it cannot be linked back to you.
Anonymous technical data (August 2026). To improve the service and advance speech technology for the Uzbek language, we store:
These records contain no name, phone number, account or IP address, and the audio and video files themselves are not stored. They cannot be linked back to you. This data may also be used to train our own models. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.
Material left over from before this policy. Because of a technical fault, some videos processed in the editor before August 2026 were not cleaned up on our server. Instead of discarding them, we extracted only the audio and the transcript (no video imagery was kept) and marked them "awaiting consent". This material is not used for any purpose, including model training. If you believe your material may be among it, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Account and payment data are kept while you use the service. Contact us if you want your data deleted.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the contacts below.
The service is not intended for children under 13.

По умолчанию — не храним. Загруженные видео и аудио обрабатываются временно и удаляются, как только результат готов.

Данные аккаунта и платежей хранятся, пока вы пользуетесь сервисом. Напишите нам, если хотите их удалить.
