UzCaption ("biz", "xizmat") — videolar uchun avtomatik subtitr (matn) yaratuvchi xizmat. Bu siyosat siz caption.uz saytidan, ijodxona.caption.uz (Ijodxona) muharriridan, @uzcaptions_bot Telegram botidan yoki video tahrirlash dasturlari uchun plagindan foydalanganingizda qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishimiz, ulardan qanday foydalanishimiz va ularni qanday himoya qilishimizni tushuntiradi.

1. Qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'amiz

Hisob ma'lumotlari: ismingiz, telefon raqamingiz va Telegram profil ma'lumotlaringiz (ID, foydalanuvchi nomi) — ro'yxatdan o'tganingizda; Google yoki Apple bilan kirsangiz — e-pochtangiz va ismingiz.
Kontent: subtitr yaratish uchun yuborgan video va audio fayllaringiz hamda ulardan olingan matn (transkripsiya).
To'lov ma'lumotlari: tarif sotib olganingizda to'lov faktini qayd etamiz. To'liq karta ma'lumotlarini biz saqlamaymiz.
Texnik ma'lumotlar: foydalanish statistikasi, taxminiy joylashuv, brauzer/qurilma turi, xatoliklar jurnali — xizmat sifatini yaxshilash uchun.
Reklama manbasi: botga qaysi reklama havolasi orqali kelganingiz (masalan, Instagram) — ro'yxatdan o'tganingizda bir marta yoziladi.

2. Ma'lumotlardan qanday foydalanamiz

Subtitr yaratish va xizmatni ko'rsatish;
Hisobingiz, tariflaringiz va bepul limitni boshqarish;
To'lovlarni qayta ishlash va tasdiqlash;
Qo'llab-quvvatlash ko'rsatish va siz bilan bog'lanish;
Telegram bot orqali sizga xabar yuborish — masalan, xizmatdan foydalanmagan yoki yaqinda to'xtagan bo'lsangiz sababini so'rash, yoki chegirma boshlanganda bir marta xabar berish; xabardagi «Xabar yuborma» tugmasi buni butunlay to'xtatadi;

3. Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari

Xizmatni ko'rsatish uchun ishonchli texnologiya provayderlaridan foydalanamiz. Ma'lumotlaringiz shu xizmatlar orqali qayta ishlanishi mumkin:

Speko — audio va videoni matnga aylantirish uchun;
Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini) — audio va videoni matnga aylantirish uchun;
VoiceLab (O'zbekiston) — faqat Ijodxonada «Ovoz tozalash» tugmasini bossangiz: videongizning ovoz yo'li fon shovqinini olib tashlash uchun yuboriladi (tasvir yuborilmaydi). VoiceLab ovozni o'zi belgilagan muddat saqlaydi, uning xizmat ko'rsatuvchilari uni O'zbekistondan tashqarida ham qayta ishlashi mumkin; VoiceLab anonimlashtirilgan ma'lumotdan xizmatini yaxshilash uchun foydalanishi mumkin, lekin ovozingizni roziliksiz ochiq yoki boshqa kompaniyalarning modellarini o'qitishga bermaydi (VoiceLab maxfiylik siyosati, 2026-yil 27-sentyabr); o'chirishni VoiceLab'dan so'rash mumkin;

4. Sayt statistikasi va cookie

caption.uz saytida ikkita statistika xizmati ishlatiladi: PostHog va Google Analytics. Ular sahifa ko'rishlari, bosilgan tugmalar, brauzer va qurilma turi, IP manzil orqali taxminiy joylashuv (shahar darajasida) haqidagi ma'lumotni yig'adi va brauzeringizda cookie/localStorage yozuvi qoldiradi. Videongiz, subtitringiz yoki fayl mazmuni ularga yuborilmaydi.

Bu skriptlar siz rozilik bermaguningizcha umuman yuklanmaydi. Saytga birinchi kirganingizda pastda rozilik so'raladi. "Faqat zarurlari" ni tanlasangiz, hech qanday kuzatuv so'rovi yuborilmaydi. Tanlovingiz brauzeringizda saqlanadi va uni istalgan vaqtda brauzer sozlamalaridan sayt ma'lumotlarini tozalash orqali qaytarib olishingiz mumkin.

Ijodxona (ijodxona.caption.uz) ichida faqat PostHog ishlaydi (serverlari AQShda): ochilgan sahifalar va bosilgan tugmalar sanaladi, lekin har qanday matn va element atributlari yashiriladi, sessiya yozib olinmaydi. Videongiz, subtitringiz va fayl mazmuni yuborilmaydi. Ijodxonada alohida rozilik so'rovi yo'q.

5. Fayllarni saqlash muddati

Video fayllar saqlanmaydi. Yuklangan video subtitr tayyor bo'lgach o'chiriladi. Botga yuborilgan video 24 soatgacha turadi — shu muddatda undan subtitrli video tayyorlashingiz uchun; keyin o'chiriladi.

Ovoz va matn — xizmatdan foydalanish sharti. UzCaption'dan (bot, Ijodxona, plagin, mobil ilova) foydalansangiz, videolaringizdagi ovoz va undan chiqqan matn saqlanadi va o'zbek nutq modelini o'rgatish hamda xizmat sifatini oshirish uchun ishlatiladi. Bunga ro'yxatdan o'tishda (botda telefon raqamingizni yuborib) yoki «Roziman» tugmasi bilan rozilik bildirasiz. Rozi bo'lmasangiz, xizmatdan foydalana olmaysiz — «foydalanaman, lekin ma'lumotimni ishlatmang» degan tanlov yo'q.

O'qitishda ishlatiladigan yozuvlarda ismingiz, telefoningiz va hisobingiz yo'q. Har bir yozuv hisobingizga faqat bitta sabab bilan bog'langan: hisobingizni o'chirganingizda shu bog'lanishni ham o'chirish uchun. Material uchinchi shaxslarga berilmaydi va sotilmaydi.

Subtitrdagi tuzatishlar. Siz noto'g'ri yozilgan so'zni tuzatsangiz, faqat so'z juftligi (masalan "mikrafon → mikrofon") saqlanadi. Bu jumla ham, audio ham, kim yuborgani ham emas — faqat so'z. Bu ma'lumot roziligingizdan qat'i nazar yig'iladi, chunki u sizga bog'lanmaydi.

Fikringiz o'zgarsa. Rozilikni botda /rozilik orqali qaytarib olishingiz mumkin — shundan keyin xizmat ishlamaydi. Butunlay ketmoqchi bo'lsangiz, hisobingizni o'chiring (pastga qarang). Ikkala holatda ham avval yig'ilgan ovoz va matn o'chirilmaydi; hisob o'chirilgach, ular hech kimga bog'lanmagan holda qoladi.

Anonim texnik ma'lumotlar (2026-yil avgust). Xizmatni yaxshilash va o'zbek tili uchun texnologiyani rivojlantirish maqsadida quyidagilarni saqlaymiz:

mashina yozgan dastlabki matn va har bir so'zning vaqti;
siz o'chirgan yoki urg'u bergan so'zlar — matndagi raqamlar va havolalar avtomatik yashiriladi;
tanlagan uslubingiz va chiqarish formati (faqat nomi va raqamlar);
videoning texnik ko'rsatkichlari: uzunligi, ovoz sifati, gapirish tezligi, pauzalar.

Bu yozuvlarda ismingiz, telefoningiz, hisobingiz yoki IP manzilingiz yo'q, audio va video fayllarning o'zi saqlanmaydi. Ular sizga bog'lanmaydi. Ushbu ma'lumotlar o'z modellarimizni o'qitish uchun ham ishlatilishi mumkin. Uchinchi shaxslarga berilmaydi va sotilmaydi.

Ushbu siyosatdan oldin qolib ketgan materiallar. 2026-yil avgustigacha Ijodxonada ishlangan ba'zi videolar texnik xatolik tufayli serverda tozalanmay qolgan. Biz ularni yo'q qilish o'rniga faqat ovoz va matn ko'rinishida ajratib oldik (video tasvirlari saqlanmadi) va "ruxsat kutilmoqda" deb belgiladik. Bu materiallar hech qanday maqsadda — jumladan model o'qitishda — ishlatilmaydi. Yordamga yozganlaringiz. Botda yoki Ijodxonada yordamga yozgan xabarlaringiz va yuborgan skrinshotlaringiz hisobingiz turguncha saqlanadi; hisobni o'chirsangiz, ular ham o'chadi. Botda yozganlaringiz nusxasi jamoamizning Telegram chatiga ham boradi va u yerda qoladi.

Hisobni o'chirish. Hisobingizni mobil ilovada yoki Ijodxonada (Sozlamalar → Hisobni o'chirish) o'zingiz o'chirishingiz yoki quyidagi manzil orqali so'rashingiz mumkin. O'chirilganda ism, telefon, kirish tokenlari, xabarlar va boshqa shaxsiy yozuvlar darhol o'chadi. To'lov yozuvlari (summa va sana) qonun talabi bilan saqlanadi, lekin sizga bog'lanmaydi. Ovoz va matn — yuqoridagidek, egasiz qoladi. Hisobingiz turgan davrda hisob va to'lov ma'lumotlari saqlanadi. Shifrlangan zaxira nusxalarda o'chirilgan yozuvlar ko'pi bilan 90 kun turadi. «Ovoz tozalash» uchun VoiceLab'ga yuborilgan ovoz ularda qoladi — biz uni o'chira olmaymiz, o'chirishni VoiceLab'dan so'rash mumkin (yuqoriga qarang).

6. Ma'lumotlarni himoya qilish

Ma'lumotlaringizni ruxsatsiz kirish, o'zgartirish yoki oshkor qilishdan himoya qilish uchun texnik va tashkiliy choralarni qo'llaymiz. Biz ma'lumotlaringizni uchinchi shaxslarga sotmaymiz.

7. Sizning huquqlaringiz

Privacy Policy

UzCaption ("we", "the service") automatically generates subtitles for video. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it when you use caption.uz, the Ijodxona editor at ijodxona.caption.uz, the @uzcaptions_bot Telegram bot, or our plugin for video editing software.

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, phone number and Telegram profile details (ID, username) — collected when you sign up; if you sign in with Google or Apple, your email address and name.
Content: the video and audio files you send for subtitling, and the text produced from them (the transcript).
Payment data: when you buy a plan we record the fact of payment. We do not store full card details.
Technical data: usage statistics, approximate location, browser/device type and error logs — used to improve service quality.
Ad source: which ad link brought you to the bot (for example, Instagram) — recorded once, when you sign up.

2. How we use the data

To generate subtitles and deliver the service;
To manage your account, plan and free daily limit;
To process and confirm payments;
To provide support and contact you;
To message you in the Telegram bot — for example to ask why you stopped if you have not used the service or went quiet, or to tell you once when a discount starts; the Xabar yuborma button on such a message stops it for good;
To improve the service and fix issues;
To measure which ads bring users (totals only, never shared with third parties).

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted technology providers to deliver the service. Your data may be processed through:

Speko — converting audio and video into text;
Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini) — converting audio and video into text;
VoiceLab (Uzbekistan) — only when you press «Ovoz tozalash» (voice cleaning) in Ijodxona: your video's audio track is sent to remove background noise (the picture is not sent). VoiceLab keeps the audio for as long as it decides, and its service providers may process it outside Uzbekistan; VoiceLab may use de-identified data to improve its service, but does not use your audio to train public or third-party models without consent (VoiceLab privacy policy, 27 September 2026); you can ask VoiceLab to delete it;
Speko and Google Gemini — translating subtitle text into other languages: Speko first (it passes the text to a Google Gemini model), Google Gemini directly when Speko fails;
WLCM — payment aggregator: you pay through Payme, Click, Uzum or Paylov (card); card details are entered with those services and never reach us;
Google and Apple — signing in; if you sign in this way, we store your email address and name;
Google Firebase — data storage and authentication;
Sentry — technical error logs (European Union servers; names, phone numbers, text and tokens are removed before sending);
Telegram — communication through the bot.

These providers have their own privacy policies and process data solely to deliver the service.

4. Site analytics and cookies

The caption.uz website uses two analytics services: PostHog and Google Analytics. They collect page views, clicked elements, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (city level), and store a cookie or localStorage entry in your browser. Your videos, subtitles and file contents are never sent to them.

Neither script is loaded until you give consent. On your first visit a consent bar appears at the bottom of the page. If you choose "Essential only", no tracking request is made at all. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be reset by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Inside Ijodxona (ijodxona.caption.uz) only PostHog runs (servers in the US): it counts opened pages and clicked buttons, with every text and element attribute masked and no session recording. Your videos, subtitles and file contents are never sent. Ijodxona does not show a separate consent bar.

5. How long files are kept

Video files are not kept. An uploaded video is deleted once the subtitles are ready. A video sent to the bot is kept for up to 24 hours so that you can make a captioned video from it, and is deleted after that.

Voice and text are a condition of using the service. When you use UzCaption (the bot, the editor, the plugin or the mobile app), the audio of your videos and the transcript made from it are stored and used to train an Uzbek speech model and to improve the service. You agree to this when you register (by sharing your phone number in the bot) or by pressing «Roziman» (I agree). If you do not agree, you cannot use the service — there is no "use it but do not use my data" option.

The records used for training contain no name, phone number or account. Each record is linked to your account for one reason only: so that the link can be removed when you delete your account. The material is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Subtitle corrections. When you correct a misspelled word, only the word pair is stored (for example "mikrafon → mikrofon") — not the sentence, not the audio, not who sent it. This is collected regardless of consent because it cannot be linked back to you.

If you change your mind. You can withdraw consent in the bot with /rozilik — after that the service stops working for you. To leave completely, delete your account (see below). In both cases the voice and text collected so far are not deleted; once the account is deleted they remain with no link to anyone.

Anonymous technical data (August 2026). To improve the service and advance speech technology for the Uzbek language, we store:

the initial machine-generated transcript and per-word timings;
words you deleted or emphasised — digits and links in that text are masked automatically;
the caption style and export format you chose (names and numbers only);
technical properties of the video: length, audio quality, speech rate, pauses.

These records contain no name, phone number, account or IP address, and the audio and video files themselves are not stored. They cannot be linked back to you. This data may also be used to train our own models. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Material left over from before this policy. Because of a technical fault, some videos processed in the editor before August 2026 were not cleaned up on our server. Instead of discarding them, we extracted only the audio and the transcript (no video imagery was kept) and marked them "awaiting consent". This material is not used for any purpose, including model training. If you believe your material may be among it, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

Support messages. Messages you send to support in the bot or in Ijodxona, and the screenshots you attach, are kept while your account exists; deleting the account deletes them too. A copy of what you write in the bot also goes to our team's Telegram chat and stays there.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account yourself in the mobile app or in Ijodxona (Settings → Delete account) or ask us at the address below. Deletion immediately removes your name, phone number, sign-in tokens, messages and other personal records. Payment records (amount and date) are kept as the law requires, but are no longer linked to you. Voice and text remain without an owner, as described above. While your account exists, account and payment data are kept. Encrypted backup copies keep deleted records for at most 90 days. Audio sent to VoiceLab for «Ovoz tozalash» stays with VoiceLab — we cannot delete it; you can ask VoiceLab to (see above).

6. Data protection

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the contacts below.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.

Эта политика объясняет, какие данные мы собираем, как их используем и как защищаем, когда вы пользуетесь сайтом caption.uz, редактором Ijodxona на ijodxona.caption.uz, Telegram-ботом @uzcaptions_bot или плагином для программ видеомонтажа.

1. Какие данные мы собираем

Данные аккаунта: имя, номер телефона и данные Telegram-профиля (ID, имя пользователя) — при регистрации; при входе через Google или Apple — ваш e-mail и имя.
Контент: видео- и аудиофайлы, отправленные для субтитров, и полученный из них текст (транскрипт).
Платёжные данные: при покупке тарифа мы фиксируем факт оплаты. Полные данные карты мы не храним.
Технические данные: статистика использования, примерное местоположение, тип браузера/устройства, журналы ошибок — для повышения качества сервиса.
Рекламный источник: по какой рекламной ссылке вы пришли в бот (например, Instagram) — записывается один раз при регистрации.

2. Как мы используем данные

Для создания субтитров и работы сервиса;
Для управления аккаунтом, тарифом и бесплатным дневным лимитом;
Для обработки и подтверждения платежей;
Для поддержки и связи с вами;
Для отправки вам сообщений в Telegram-боте — например, чтобы спросить, что пошло не так, если вы не пользовались сервисом или перестали, либо один раз сообщить о начале скидки; кнопка Xabar yuborma в таком сообщении полностью это останавливает;
Для улучшения сервиса и устранения сбоев;
Чтобы понимать, какая реклама приводит пользователей (только общие цифры, третьим лицам не передаётся).

3. Сторонние сервисы

Для работы сервиса мы используем надёжных технологических провайдеров. Ваши данные могут обрабатываться через:

Speko — преобразование аудио и видео в текст;
Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini) — преобразование аудио и видео в текст;
VoiceLab (Узбекистан) — только если вы нажмёте «Ovoz tozalash» (очистка голоса) в Ijodxona: звуковая дорожка видео отправляется для удаления фонового шума (изображение не отправляется). VoiceLab хранит звук столько, сколько сочтёт нужным, его подрядчики могут обрабатывать его за пределами Узбекистана; VoiceLab может использовать обезличенные данные для улучшения сервиса, но не использует ваш звук для обучения публичных или сторонних моделей без согласия (политика конфиденциальности VoiceLab, 27 сентября 2026); удалить его можно, обратившись в VoiceLab;
Speko и Google Gemini — перевод текста субтитров на другие языки: сначала Speko (передаёт текст модели Google Gemini), если Speko не сработал — напрямую Google Gemini;
WLCM — платёжный агрегатор: оплата проходит через Payme, Click, Uzum или Paylov (карта); данные карты вводятся в этих сервисах и к нам не попадают;
Google и Apple — вход в аккаунт; при таком входе мы храним ваш e-mail и имя;
Google Firebase — хранение данных и аутентификация;
Sentry — журнал технических ошибок (серверы в Европейском союзе; имена, телефоны, текст и токены удаляются перед отправкой);
Telegram — общение через бота.

У этих провайдеров есть собственные политики конфиденциальности; данные обрабатываются только для работы сервиса.

4. Статистика сайта и cookie

На сайте caption.uz используются два сервиса статистики: PostHog и Google Analytics. Они собирают просмотры страниц, нажатия, тип браузера и устройства, приблизительное местоположение по IP (на уровне города) и сохраняют cookie или запись в localStorage. Ваши видео, субтитры и содержимое файлов им не передаются.

До вашего согласия ни один из этих скриптов не загружается. При первом визите внизу появляется запрос согласия. Если выбрать «Только необходимые», ни один запрос отслеживания не уйдёт. Выбор хранится в браузере; сбросить его можно, очистив данные сайта в настройках браузера.

Внутри Ijodxona (ijodxona.caption.uz) работает только PostHog (серверы в США): считаются открытые страницы и нажатые кнопки, при этом весь текст и атрибуты элементов скрыты, запись сессий отключена. Ваши видео, субтитры и содержимое файлов не передаются. Отдельного запроса согласия в Ijodxona нет.

5. Срок хранения файлов

Видеофайлы не храним. Загруженное видео удаляется, как только субтитры готовы. Видео, отправленное боту, хранится до 24 часов — чтобы вы успели сделать из него видео с субтитрами; после этого оно удаляется.

Голос и текст — условие использования сервиса. Когда вы пользуетесь UzCaption (бот, редактор, плагин, мобильное приложение), звук ваших видео и полученная из него расшифровка сохраняются и используются для обучения узбекской речевой модели и улучшения сервиса. Вы соглашаетесь с этим при регистрации (отправив номер телефона в боте) или кнопкой «Roziman» (согласен). Без согласия пользоваться сервисом нельзя — варианта «пользуюсь, но мои данные не используйте» нет.

В записях для обучения нет ни имени, ни телефона, ни аккаунта. Каждая запись связана с вашим аккаунтом только по одной причине: чтобы убрать эту связь, когда вы удалите аккаунт. Материал не передаётся третьим лицам и не продаётся.

Исправления в субтитрах. Когда вы исправляете слово с ошибкой, сохраняется только пара слов (например, «mikrafon → mikrofon») — ни предложение, ни аудио, ни отправитель. Эти данные собираются независимо от согласия, поскольку не связаны с вами.

Если вы передумали. Согласие можно отозвать в боте командой /rozilik — после этого сервис для вас перестаёт работать. Чтобы уйти полностью, удалите аккаунт (см. ниже). В обоих случаях уже собранные голос и текст не удаляются; после удаления аккаунта они остаются ни с кем не связанными.

Анонимные технические данные (август 2026). Чтобы улучшать сервис и развивать речевые технологии для узбекского языка, мы храним:

первоначальную расшифровку, сделанную машиной, и тайминги каждого слова;
слова, которые вы удалили или выделили, — цифры и ссылки в этом тексте маскируются автоматически;
выбранный стиль субтитров и формат экспорта (только названия и числа);
технические характеристики видео: длительность, качество звука, темп речи, паузы.

В этих записях нет имени, телефона, аккаунта или IP-адреса, а сами аудио- и видеофайлы не сохраняются. Связать их с вами нельзя. Эти данные могут использоваться также для обучения наших собственных моделей. Мы не передаём и не продаём их третьим лицам.

Материалы, оставшиеся до этой политики. Из-за технической ошибки часть видео, обработанных в редакторе до августа 2026 года, не была удалена с нашего сервера. Вместо уничтожения мы извлекли только звук и расшифровку (изображение не сохранялось) и пометили их как «ожидает согласия». Эти материалы не используются ни для каких целей, включая обучение моделей. Если считаете, что среди них может быть ваш материал, напишите нам — мы его удалим.

Обращения в поддержку. Сообщения в поддержку в боте или в Ijodxona и приложенные скриншоты хранятся, пока существует аккаунт; при удалении аккаунта они тоже удаляются. Копия обращений через бота также приходит в Telegram-чат нашей команды и остаётся там.

Удаление аккаунта. Аккаунт можно удалить самостоятельно в мобильном приложении или в Ijodxona (Настройки → Удалить аккаунт) или попросить нас по адресу ниже. При удалении сразу стираются имя, телефон, токены входа, сообщения и другие личные записи. Платёжные записи (сумма и дата) хранятся по закону, но больше не связаны с вами. Голос и текст остаются без владельца, как описано выше. Пока аккаунт существует, данные аккаунта и платежей хранятся. В зашифрованных резервных копиях удалённые записи хранятся не более 90 дней. Звук, отправленный в VoiceLab для «Ovoz tozalash», остаётся у VoiceLab — мы не можем его удалить, но можно попросить VoiceLab (см. выше).

6. Защита данных

Мы применяем технические и организационные меры для защиты данных от несанкционированного доступа, изменения и раскрытия. Мы не продаём ваши данные третьим лицам.

7. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление или удаление — по контактам ниже.

8. Дети

Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 13 лет.

9. Изменения

Мы можем время от времени обновлять эту политику. О существенных изменениях сообщим на этой странице.
